| HOSTILE.
It is the story of two young American tourists in Amsterdam, who
are led to a Budapest hostel, where they will face sensual, sexual,
deep, dark and dangerous situations. Roland Dane has chosen two
beautiful cities as a deceptive background for this story-telling
journey of our two Buckshot Men Danny Roddick and Alex Chandler.
Dane and his director of photography, Saccany, have pulled no
punches visually. There are no less than three camera units, that
pan, glide and fly in all angles, giving the video a high budget
look, as well as giving the viewer aesthetic relief from the gritty
and hard core action. Viewers may find Olympus Studio?s HOSTILE
more ruff n? tuff than what they have come to expect from the
COLT Studio Group. However, under Dane?s sure handed and well
executed direction, the action is always hot, and the screenplay
is never gratuitous.
The
video opens with a short but lovely opening sequence of the
streets and canals of Amsterdam. There, Buckshot Men Danny Roddick
and Alex Chandler meet a business man, played by director Roland
Dane, who points them towards a hostel in Budapest, Hungary,
in their search for hot and sexy men and even hotter action.
Dane and videographer Saccany then begin a brief monochrome
montage of their journey into Budapest and their entrance into
the hostel, which only foreshadows the dark and dangerous journey
these two American visitors are about to pursue.
